As authentic as you can get! From real Trinis who cook real Trini food, very friendly service as well, the atmosphere was completely and utterly Trini...did I say "Trini" enough times? Lol The second I tried their doubles, I got transported back to Chaguanas on a Saturday afternoon during lunchtime. The goat roti was also very flavorful and tender. Chicken roti had the right amount of seasoning and spice. Also brought my friends over to try our food for the first time and they loved it!!!. Anytime I visit me friends in Brampton I'll be sure to hit up this restaurant again!
